After a year in the making, the 30,000 square feet of new offices for the SBA are open in a renovated warehouse in downtown Fresno, CA. Some said it was an impossible feat. We knew it was an achievable dream and the team was amazing that made this happen, Henderson Architects, Interior Intervention & Target Construction, all local businesses. the remodeled and structurally reinforced building is the amazing new home at 801 R. Street in Fresno, now home to over 100 employees. The project will be a new prototype for GSA and the SBA projects nationwide. the project was on time and on budget.
